Professional Die Casting Services

Production turns design into reality.After years of development,Rex now has a total of 10 sets of 120T-1000T die casting machines,which can produce parts weighing up to 15kg.A wide variety of die casting machines provide us with rich production capacity.According to the structure of parts,our daily(24h)output can reach up to 1000pcs/set. The productive capacity allows us to respond positively to our customers' delivery time. Our diecastings services span many industries such as automobile, valve/pump, lighting, furniture, construction, etc. Most of our products are exported to the Americas, Europe, Australia and other markets.

Compared with other casting methods, die casting has the following five advantages:
1, Die casting can manufacture metal parts with complex shapes, clear contours and thin-walled deep cavities. Because the molten metal maintains high fluidity at high pressure and high speed, then the metal parts that are difficult to process by other processes can be obtained.
2, Die casting parts have tight dimension accuracy, generally equivalent to 6~7 grade, even up to 4 grade. It also has good surface finish, generally equivalent to 5~8 level. The die casting part is with high strength and high hardness,compared with sand casting, the strength is generally increased by 25~30% , but the elongation is reduced by about 70%.
3, Due to high-speed and short time filling, rapid molten metal solification and fast diecasting operation cycle, the diecasting process has high productivity. Among all kinds of casting processes, the diecasting method has the highest productivity and is suitable for mass production. At the same time, with the high production efficiency of the machine, it is easy to realize mechanization and automation.
4, Diecasting parts with good economic effect. With the advantages of precise dimension and good surface, generally, the diecasting part no longer needs mechanical processing and can be used directly, or needs little processing work, so it not only improves the metal utilization rate, but also reduces a large number of processing work.
5, It is easy to set up the positioning mechanism on the die casting mold, which is convenient for inserts and meets the local special performance requirements of the die casting parts.

The disadvantages of die casting:
Although die casting has many advantages,it also has some disadvantages which need to be solved such as:
1,Due to the high filling speed of melton metal in the mold cavity, the gas in the cavity is too late to be discharged, and will result in the existence of pores and oxide inclusions in the die casting parts, which can’t be heat treated;
2, It is difficult to diecasting with complex concave structure;
3,The types of die casting alloys are limited. Due to the temperature limit of die casting mould, it is mainly used for die casting zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and copper alloy.
4,Die casting is not suitable for small batch production. The main reason is that the manufacturing cost of die casting mold is high. The production efficiency of die casting machine is high and it is not economic for small batch production.
