Our experienced die casting team will work with you to turn your component into a precision die casting that has been designed to ensure the highest degree of producibility and reliability.Our engineering & designe capability covers 3D model building, Design optimization, Mold design, Matchining tooling and inspection fixture design.

 
• 3D model building: our professional engineers are able to do reverse engineering and build 3d models according to samples from customers;
• Design optimization: based on files and requests from customers, our experienced casting engineers are able to provide some design optimization to achieve proper casting processes in a most economical way;
• Mold designing: When mold design, the engineers will consider 8 key points: mold draft angle, fillets on mold&part, parting line, bosses, ribs, holes and windows on part, symbols and wall thickness. It’s very important and will influence the die casting mold manufacturing sucessfully or not.
• Machining tooling and inspection fixture designing: the machining tooling and inspection fixture is much important for parts with complicated structure during manufacturing and tolerance control, what make us proud is that our machining engineers are always able to design machining tooling and inspection fixtgure in a most favorable way.

Testing 
All products whether produced in our factory or supplied by customer or a qualified partner  – undergoes rigorous testing including spectrographic analysis, physical inspection,accuracy and certifications to all quality requirements. We verify dimensional and metallurgical compliance with specifications. If needed, test reports always provided with delivery products.

Quality Control
The precision die casting process is very complicated.It requires alot of quality management controls from beginning to avoid internal and surface defects or tolerance problem.Our quality management controls includes Control Plan, Process Flowchart,Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis,First Article Inspection,First-Piece Inspection,In-Process Inspection,In Process Visual Inspection,Last Piece Inspection and Final Audit.
